While our technical staff are constantly be up-skilled on our suppliers latest equipment our sales administration staff are also improving their customer service skills through internal and external training.

Processes

When you require service from Mango 4 you are part of the following process.

  • Receptionist accepts problem and passes to appropriate service area.
  • Product Service Controller logs service details.
  • Customer and system details plus service request is printed.
  • One of our technicians is allocated the work.
  • After completion the service call is finalised on the system.
  • The above process is overseen by the Service Manager who benchmarks response times, repair times and charging.
