Processes
When you require service from Mango 4 you are part of the following
process.

Receptionist accepts problem and passes to appropriate service
area.

Product Service Controller logs service details.

Customer and system details plus service request is printed.

One of our technicians is allocated the work.

After completion the service call is finalised on the system.

The above process is overseen by the Service Manager who
benchmarks response times, repair times and charging.
