Mango 4 Office Technology positions itself as providing intelligent network solutions. In the digital world it does not matter whether you want to communicate over a telephone line, a computer cable or with a piece of paper the technology demands the same skills and resources.

We are a service business. The service we provide is based on understanding the client's needs and providing a timely solution. This is achieved by systems for handling client requests, staff training for meeting those requests and vision to anticipate those requests.

Business Equipment

Business equipment has been the main product line in the past 22 years of servicing Central Queensland.
Our product range covers photocopiers, multi-functional devices, scanners, printers, facsimiles, data presentation equipment and other business equipment from NEC, Xerox and Panasonic.

Technology's focus is shifting from hardware to software. We have invested our skills into the advances made in digital technology which provides enormous efficiencies to organisations in the management of their information.

Information Technology

Our Information Technology division is based on network solutions. Mango 4 Office Technology have Microsoft and Novel certified engineers and provide Krone certified data cabling.

We supply both Coretech and Octek Computers. Coretech provides the software CoreBuild and the Commercial Build which is a unique network management solution. Octek is a Intel Based computer manufacturer and is recognised for their quality products and support.

Telecommunications

The Telecommunications Division represents Panasonic and NEC in Key Telephone Systems and NEC in PABX´s. This range of telephone systems covers the small business with two phone extensions up to large resorts with over 500 extensions.The division provides 24 hour support on key sites such as the Rockhampton Police Station, Rockhampton Ambulance and the Rockhampton Airport.

Telecommunications also provide full data cabling services and is closely associated with our Information Technology Division.

Publications

Our Publications division uses the equipment and technology that we sell and service to provide a publishing service to the public. It provides colour printing, plan printing, binding, laminating, scanning and large volume black and white copying.

Service Assurance

Mango4 Office Technology has full certification of a Quality System based on Australian Standard AS/NZS ISO 9002:1994. We are approved Government suppliers and are party to the GITC Agreement with the Qld State Government. Contract Q1210.

Our customer service is fully computerised and all requests are overseen by a Product Service Controller. The process is overseen by the Service Manager who benchmarks response times, repair times and charging. The system is effective, efficient and demonstrable.
